As long as you include your opt-out message at the end, and the entire message is under 160 characters- you’re set!

-Keep your messages straightforward and simple. Too many abbreviations and your text audience won’t understand you!

-Always make sure people who text in understand what they are doing. Are they going to receive coupons once a week? Once a month? Are they going to only receive emergency notifications? Set their expectations and stick to it!
